Due to the nature of our products — ranging from small luxury items to large and custom-made pieces — shipping methods and fees are structured in three categories.

All in-stock items are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
For bespoke or made-to-order items, production and preparation timelines may vary and will be communicated individually after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Categories & Fees
A. Small & Standard Items — Automatic Shipping Rates
Small and standard-sized homeware products are shipped via courier services.
Shipping fees for these items are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Turkey: 1–4 business days
- Europe & UK: 5–10 business days
- UAE: 5–12 business days
- Russia: 7–15 business days (subject to customs procedures)
B. Large or Fragile Items — Shipping Calculated After Purchase
Large, heavy, or fragile products (including bar units, storage pieces, and interior elements) require special handling and logistics.
For these items:
- Shipping fees are not calculated at checkout
- After purchase, our team will contact you with:
- Final shipping cost
- Estimated delivery time
- Delivery requirements (access, floor, handling, etc.)
Orders will be shipped only after shipping costs are approved by the customer.
C. Bespoke & Custom-Made Products — Manual Confirmation
Bespoke and custom-made pieces are produced according to individual project requirements.
For these products:
- Orders may require manual confirmation or an inquiry form before production
- Shipping method, cost, and timeline are determined individually
- All details are shared and approved before dispatch
Production and shipping timelines vary depending on project scope and destination.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and clearance fees determined by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
5. Shipment Tracking
Tracking details will be provided via email once the order is dispatched, where applicable.
For freight or special deliveries, tracking information may be provided directly by our logistics partners.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier delays.
René Yacht & Intérieur is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Rene Yacht & Interior is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At René Yacht & Intérieur , all products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the premium and in some cases bespoke nature of our products, our return policy is subject to the conditions below.
1. Returns for Standard (Non-Bespoke) Products
Returns are accepted for standard, non-custom products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Bespoke or custom-made products
- Made-to-order items
- Products produced according to client specifications
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
These items are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@reneyachtdesign.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after approval, please first contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.
